• Alcohol-Free Event: This is a 100% alcohol-free event. Any person found possessing or consuming alcohol will be evicted immediately without a refund.

• Conduct: The Organiser maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward misconduct. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, illegal activity, or any behaviour that threatens the safety of others. The Organiser reserves the right to evict any patron without refund for such activities.

3. Ticketing and Refunds

• Final Sale: All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged, resold for profit, or refunded except as required by New Zealand Consumer Law.

• Booking Fees: All transactions are subject to a non-refundable booking fee. This fee covers administrative and processing costs and will not be refunded in the event of postponement or cancellation.
